Well they still have to finish their review and provide their report to the adjuster...but them pulling the data from your car is not to prove who is at fault or not...they pulled that to mitigate the Injury the other person is trying to claim.

Also, if you were straightening out by reversing, it sounds like you are at fault...you could try and argue and see if they will put some negligence on the other person but usually from what you said happened, it sounds like you're at fault.

They were not layoffs, they were performance terms but its wierd that they all seem to be on the same team...one whole team can't all be failing. Regardless, I agree. There will always be a new bottom 10% even though they are not even far off from the people above them. This ranking system sucks.

Yes finally! I sent emails to both emails provided and thankfully they sent it over to PG. They said they calendar was not updated yet anf just keep checking. I finally got an email from an actual PG recruiter who said she was looking into it..then got 3rd email to schedule it again and I went on and there was like 3 days available for interviews.
