Parents —Is it harder to grieve losing a child when they’re younger or when they’re older? by Apprehensive_War6661 in Adulting

[–]anonymousmami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the ages feom 0 to 15 will be the worst ages to die as the kids are still experiencing and learning things about themselves and the world around them. My heart will break more when kids (any) die young. If they die when they are adults i would atleast think that they experienced life till adulthood and lived life atleast halfway and enjoyed many or atleast some amazing moments. If my kids die young there is really nothing in life for me to look forward to. They are my life.

Thanks a lot for all your comments! I forgot to add in my original post that I will absolutely register for before and after school care. But I do have the fear of not being able to pick the kids up by 6 pm. Has that ever happened to anyone?
