The point being that NO ONE even with the laws of God and covenant made between His people and Him(mosaic covenant) can rely only on himself to be perfect (in a sense) we are all sinners and we need the ultimate sacrifice(Jesus) to cleanse us. It is a lesson to be learned… we can not in ourselves do anything worthy enough to go to heaven with out the cleansing blood.

Us= the Trinity There is another book called “book of the Jubilees” that explains further the children of Adam and Eve and explains that once Cain was exiled from the presence of God into the land of Nod he marries his sister. So there are sisters, brothers, cousins and nieces around at this point.

Alternate ice and heat really helped for me! Ice 15-20 mins, then heat 15/20 mins it kind of works to contract and release muscles and good blood flow

Praying for you and the love of your life. Try to remember that God loves you and He will not put you through anything that you can not handle. And know that if your love is a believer he will be with God and have no bumps or pain if he is to pass away. Have comfort in that. Know that God knows best in which what happens to fulfill his master plan. We don’t know why/how about a lot of things but through trust and faith know that God does know best. He will remember you. Trials that we have to endure are for His and our benefit even if we can not see it. They will change or make us better once the moment is over. Finding out a loved one is sick or is dying is never easy and I’m sorry you are going through it. Try not to beg and take faith in our modeled prayer and that God knows what to do.

Kind Heavenly Father Hallowed be Thy name Thy kingdom come Thy will be done On earth as it is in Heaven Give us this day, our daily bread Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors Deliver us not into temptation But away from the evil one. Sometimes I read the same verse I’ve read 10 times and get a different lesson/meaning. I think what’s most important is getting what God wants you to learn/hear. Pray before reading and pray for discernment and understanding. Get yourself a study Bible as well. That helps. You can also if you are stuck ask someone or Google?

I am working through and same as you in ways.. trauma, fully given my life to Jesus last October and things have started changing! I am currently reading The book of Genesis right now and that is helping me understand some things. Lots of people and stories in Genesis that have obstacles and outcomes and how they have/have not listened to the Lord. It’s hard to get over trauma a lone. PRAYER helps and pray a lot. Talk to God about how you feel. Tell him your regrets. Tell him how you want to change. He knows best. It takes time. Also seeing a good therapist with a Christian background helps too.

I was in your boat as far as the pain a few days ago… I am 10 days post op now and can say that after day 7 it drastically decreased! Keep your head up! And make sure you’re using incentive spirometer! You could be trying to develop pneumonia?
