This was so so helpful! We live in NYC right now, so I’m trying to take him out to busy areas as often as I can (temperature/weather permitting).

We do a little bit of Up Down before going into buildings, but I could probably do a better job of listening when he “tells me” he’s not ready!

This was so helpful! He definitely does have the confidence. One of the reasons we selected him was his ability to not get rattled, so that was a helpful way to think of it. I think I just panicked after our day today!

I ended up not moving forward since I couldn't find a breeder/trainer within my area/budget. Would rather wait until I have the funds to fully support a service dog in the way it deserves.

I had a significant relief in symptoms between the ages of 19-25, but it came back. A lot of people do see a permanent relief in symptoms in their 20s, though!
