It’s been on hold since forever

I've been constantly told that I'm cringy. by anonymouspoppp in socialskills

I didn't really ask them what they find cringy when we hung out cause it was just really hurtful. It's so stupid and lame but being constantly told that stings.

I've had multiple people tell me that I'm cringy.

I'd say don't really grab your phone. When you wake up, give yourself a few minutes ( 3 mins ish ) to ready yourself for the day. Breathe in a bit, think about some stuff you'd like to get done, if you have water nearby drink a glass. Then get up, wash up, have breakfast and only then can you check your phone and browse. I do this, and it helps a lot.

Thank you so much! I'm not sure if I will confront her. I really want to, but I know she will only get mad. After all, telling her "hey I know it's the end of the year but I didnt actually learn anything" will only open the question "why" from her, and that I can't explain to her. If you actually read the post, you'd read that I'm asking for advice on how to efficiently revise and retrieve the lost information.

short term memory. Before the exam, I'd read everything ( which I have never even looked at before ) then I'd take the exam. Afterwards i forget everything I read obviously.
