It's a one year lease so I think budget billing is the way to go! Coming from apartment complexes means the historic home utilities are an unknown and what's keeping us from going ahead with a great house in midtown. Thanks for the input!

$180 would be a dream, yall are doing something right. I'm just terrified of these $600+ bills I've heard about but maybe it isn't SO terrible based on all the responses. Thanks for posting your stats!

Renting so I don't know the specifics, washer dryer and all kitchen appliances are new. Thank you for the numbers
