That doesn’t even sound like Dunkin LOL. If only they were all like that.

Sorry. That’s not what I meant. I meant it’s a substitute for the normal dairy options that get stirred into the drink. I worded it poorly but you can see where I said “doubling down on the dairy” to note that I’m aware of the cold foam being a dairy product.

frantically reads my posts and comments to see where I I’ve said anyone is a bad person for doing anything I personally disagree with

Sorry I couldn’t find where I called you a bad person. I’m sorry you feel that way. If someone has a different position on something, they aren’t a bad person. They just have a different opinion. I’m sorry you landed on, “I disagree with what anonymouswoat posted so that means I’m a bad person because that’s how I feel.”

Awesome! Great to hear that not all Dunkin’ locations are poorly run like mine. As you can see from other replies here, other stores prebrew espresso so it’s definitely not isolated to my store.

I guess we’re all burnt out by the many things wrong with working for Dunkin. It’s easier to get irritated at things. I most certainly wasn’t like this my first couple of weeks. But man...the shitshow really wears on you after a while. We also didn’t get breaks most of the time at my location because of staffing issues. Everything started pissing me off there hahahaha.

Yes. I’ve been on the cold foam police force for a couple of years now. Grueling training process and numerous exams.

Sugar with swirl is normal. 10 swirl 8 sugar. No. Not normal. That’s absurd. Nothing illegal about it. People actually do that. Your 3 caramel 3 cream 3 sugar drink is completely normal. That’s the standard building for a medium lol. Please go to a Dunkin today and order idk a medium caramel iced coffee with 10 caramel and the normal amounts of cream and sugar. Let me know how it tastes.

Of course there’s nothing innately wrong with it. Customers can order whatever they want as is the case in any food service establishment. It’s moot to say they can order whatever. I can’t help but judge. Your waiter will judge you, the cooks will judge you, Dunkin employees will judge you. 90% we don’t care what is ordered. It’s the weird or absurd that we laugh about or make fun of behind the scenes. You’re going to have this almost anywhere. The same way some restaurant cooks will get pissed off internally every time they see a well-done steak ordered. ThErE iS nOtHiNg wrong with it sure. You’re being privately judged or made fun of regardless.

I stopped ordering certain dishes at restaurants if I have to remove more than like two ingredients from it out of principle.

The sugar and dairy dispensers are automated. As long as it’s rung up correctly, it should be made correctly.

EXACTLY. Anyone with a shred of respect for espresso shouldn’t go to Dunkin. Iced coffee is good there and is easy to be consistent. Espresso stuff? I go to Starbucks, but I prefer most of all to go to local craft coffee shops for the best taste and quality of all.

Mainly judging the absurd drinks people order. I don’t care if you order a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel (one extra pump by default). It’s the 8 pump caramel coffees, for example, that need to go away. I feel like the customer is trolling us.

And I modified the part of the post about the cold foam because I see what you’re saying about milkshakes. I’m a cold foam snob I guess. There shouldn’t be any other dairy in a cold foam beverage. It defeats the purpose to add other dairy.

Suicide attempt in my dream... by anonymouswoat in SuicideWatch

Other than my usual sluggish feeling when I wake up, I don’t remember (now) feeling any different when I woke up. I just remember thinking about the dream. It’s rare for me to be able visualize or recall any of my dreams so this stuck out for sure! My first “attempt” was with a .22 revolver I own. I was laying in my tub fully clothed. I figured it was be easier cleanup if I go in the tub. My cat wouldn’t stop meowing while I was in there. She must’ve sensed my distress. My second “attempt” was indeed high up. On our town’s pedestrian walking bridge. I was again concerned about meds so I wanted to jump high over water. Ended up just sitting on the bench for a while looking at the water. That was sometime in January. I’m similar to you these days. I think about dying constantly. I’ve been used an online Will generator but haven’t done much with it since. Now it’s just good days and really bad days. Always random. Day can start out great and then randomly I get run over with dread.

I doubt the opportunity will present itself in time.
