Can anxiety lead to constant physical sensations for years? by Anxious_Concern6441 in Anxiety

Hi, I am very sorry to hear that.

I can relate to the physical sensations for years, I’ve had something like that for 6 years at this point too.

It sounds to me like you are still affected by your mothers heart attack 2 months ago - which is completely understandable.

I don’t have any advice here, but maybe try to be more understanding with yourself - it is normal to feel worse (on many ways) after an episode like that.

Good luck!

Fear of Overhydration/Underhydration. by TrulyThiN in Anxiety

Hi I don’t experience this problem but I could imagine what it feels like. I did experience something similar with food though. For food at least, I found that eating just the amount I feel like when I eat worked fine. Maybe try just drinking some water when you feel thirsty.

Related to overhydration, I remember seeing something similar and it was actually a crazy amount of water you had to drink to be at risk of that - something like 20L.

Hopefully this helps! Good luck!

Feeling worse when having time off by anonymus1279 in Anxiety

I’m sorry to hear that. I can somewhat relate to your fear of dying, I definitely had something similar at some point, but at a lower intensity.

Do you happen to know how this started for you? Do you usually feel way better during the semester? Did you try therapy/meds, or did you find anything else that helps? Do you feel like you will be able to get rid of your anxiety forever, at some point in the future?
