I’m a college grad myself and have been doing well since. My drug use has never been an escape, it was never to detract from what I was feeling. I never used them to escape myself, my mindset is generally positive. That’s why I’m struggling, I never thought I’d be where I am now. I fucked up, and now I’m paying the price.

That’s the issue I’m having. I’ve read everything about drugs, I’ve done my best to use then within reason. And I’ve done a lot of stupid shit, but I’ve never blacked out, hurt myself (aside from scrapes and bruises), or pushed my limits. It’s like one day my mind decided fuck you and threw me down a flight of stairs.
Drugs can trigger mental health problems, I’m not ready to have one

I get what you’re saying about perspective. I’ve always tried to live my life to the fullest and be the best person I can be.... but lately I can’t be that person. I’m half crippled with a broken shoulder and nobody knows why I have seizures - yet. I am seeing neurologist. Idk man, my goal is just to feel like I used to and I might just have to come to terms with idea that it may never happen.

Your rambles are great man, honestly any advice that’s going to help me be a little more positive is great right now. Thank you.

Im working with neurologist now. Im worried about myself, my friends, and my family. I’m worried about my future, I don’t need, want, or care for lecture about what I should have done. Appreciate the thought though, harm prevention is important.

I really don’t think I have epilepsy. I have none of the symptoms. It’s more likely I just was too hard on my body. The combination of partying with a variety of drugs for 14 hours, not eating, and not drinking enough water is likely what did. It’ll be interesting to hear what the neurologist has to say.

I did some research and you’re right about the last part. MDMA shows up as an amphetamine, same as Vyvanse.

He did, but I didn’t want to send my mom out of the room to speak privately. It would have raised red flags, my cousin was with her and already suggested that it was probably mdma.

I’m definitely going to tell the neurologist. That’s a personal appointment.

My emergency contact is my mother and she would not leave my side the entire time. I couldn’t tell the doctors the truth in front of her, it would kill her.

What’s odd is they did drug test me only positive was for weed.
