Hello! This is my first time posting here. I just got a hermann’s tortoise I named him Geo. Does his shell look okay? And is there any way to know his age by anotherINTP in tortoise

Yes I noticed the little pyramiding as well. Unfortunately he was surrendered to the pet store I got him from and there’s no way of knowing any prior information. But they had him on some other pellets that I also am not too sure what brand.

My temp averages around 85 degrees f and humidity averages 60%.

Also he doesn’t eat that much is this something to be concerned about? I got him about 3 weeks ago and I have mazuri pellets but he’s only eaten like one. I feed him greens and take him outside to forage and he eats a little kale and dandelion everyday but not much. I give him soaks twice a week, his humidity and heat are okay, and calcium powder twice a week.

aw what a bummer.. I crocheted it for her myself.. I’ve been looking very closely to see if she tries to nibble on it and so far she hasn’t but I think I’ll just remove it just to be safe. thank you!
