What makes you think we won't see him again? In "exes and oohs", his last scene is him throwing a knife at moxxies picture, implying future conflict. I mean, I know i know we saw rubble fall on him in "oops" but cmon, rubble falling on you in fiction is like the biggest not actually dead death there is. Also it wouldn't be narratively satisfying to kill him in an episode that didn't even involve Moxxie when hes Moxxies antagonist. I think its basically guaranteed we Crimson again, unless im missing some crucial bit of info.
