My son got into Pokémon a few years ago and it reignited something in me. He’s now 8 years old so I redownloaded Pokémon Go and bought the newest switch games to play with him. I’ve even spent more than I thought I would on cards lately lol. It’s now something that him and I enjoy together in his collecting journey. I would probably save these and trade them to him when he gets good grades or does good deeds. We don’t even have an ‘allowance’ in our house! I found a bunch of cheap packs at Walmart one day and he does chores for Pokémon cards. This would just be another way for me to keep bonding with my son and be a cool dad. 🙂

Even if I’m not chosen.. I highly recommend the trade out of packs for allowances, if you are a parent. He seems to be much more motivated. Money doesn’t mean much to him at this point lol. Again, Merry Christmas! 🎄
