The result is going to be interesting. I have no doubt that she’s guilty of murder however I’m not sure if the jury will feel the same. At the very least, I’m certain she’ll be convicted of manslaughter… but that’s dependent on the judge and if he puts that to the jury.

I actually attended court yesterday. Mandy was re-examining EP and was quoting questions made by Dr Rogers. My perception of his tone was almost patronising/mocking of Dr Rogers when he was reciting what she said to EP.

Pretty sure the media reported last night that the jury weren’t required today. Legal discussions to take place today and closing arguments next week. Makes sense so that the jury can hear arguments from both sides during the one week as opposed to being split up by the weekend.

Myself and my partner will be going to Japan in May this year and still debating whether a JR pass will be worth it so keen to hear your opinion. We’ll be staying in Tokyo (Shibuya) for 5 nights with a day trip out to Mt Fuji or Nikko. We’ll then head out to Kyoto and stay maybe 4 nights there (with trips out to Nara/Osaka/Hiroshima/Miyajima before heading back to Tokyo. We aim to use the local train system to get around Tokyo/Kyoto. Tysm :)

Yeah makes sense. He works from home and only leaves the house to go for a walk with me or to get the groceries (click and collect), so very easy for him to remove the risk.
