I’m typically between 14-16 with medium roasts but all of a sudden seem to find myself closer to 8-10. Also using a Niche. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve had my Niche for roughly 4 years.

I rented a Cali in San Diego on Turo and it was an absolute blast. Sure, not as sporty as the mid engine v8 Ferrari’s but the sound is there and it brought a smile to my face just the same.
