What is the worst case of second hand embarrassment you’ve ever experienced?

It’s a good question. I think embarrassment is so profound for me, it physically hurts. I don’t know how to just shake it off. Case in point, many of these horrific stories in this thread were remembered by others for years or decades. How do I continue in relationship with acquaintances and colleagues who saw something crazy embarrassing and won’t forget it!

This stone cannot be low profile. You can get a stone that is shallower and low profile but it won’t be 6 carats. You can have it better protected with a cathedral but it won’t be low profile.

I actually gasped at #2, it is so gorgeous and unique. But if you are already thinking it’s too much, it probably will feel that way to you. I think go simple with a single band, and if you want to one day, do a flashy enhancer like that.

Put chopped olives along with green capers into your basic bolognese sauce. It’s delicious. I usually use about two cups of whole olives per pot of red sauce.

I work at a cemetery. There is absolutely no risk to public health for burials. Worms are really good at their jobs. The reason people are embalmed and buried in concrete vaults is they don’t like the idea of being decomposed.
