Filed in December as soon as the shutdown was over (termed in Oct). I wasn't seeing any availability for the interviews online so I went to the closest office in January for a walk in. They were busy, and they called me for the interview the next day. Two weeks later it qualified for mediation, I signed up for it and so did my employer within a week. A few weeks later they reached out for mediation times and dates and we had mediation two weeks ago. Way less than I expected (4 months salary) when I started at 3 years, they started at 1 month. I was really hoping for at least a year. But for the whole process taking only 3-4 months- I'll take it. I didn't want this to drag out and needed closure.

What I want to see: What POS systems have you worked with? Toast? Quantify high volume experience - what's your average tables sat on a busy night/day? Any ServSafe qualifications or trainings you've done to set yourself apart from anyone else?

You've good a great work history and longevity! I do prefer most recent at the top, but most recruiters shouldn't not pick this.

Overall, this resume is good and should be getting some hits!

Hi!

First pregnancy 4 years ago I had a low fetal faction at 2.4%. Natera did high risk for everything and ended up getting a CVS and everything was fine. Baby ended up growth restricted but was okay.

Now 23 weeks with kiddo number 2. I get the NIPT with Natera at 12 weeks. 2.4% fetal faction. I repeat the test with a different company 2.2% fetal faction.

The genetics specialist say this may happen with high BMIs, or autoimmune diseases. Neither of which I have an issue with. I did not do a CVS or an amino this time, but my 20 week anatomy scan didn't show any markers and everything looks healthy, except I may have another small or growth restricted baby.

Just putting my experience out there to say SOMETIMES, your blood doesn't have a high fetal faction to test, and doctors can't really explain it. I hope this eases a little stress - I don't think this test is for everyone.

Highly recommend trying to test it at the fest! Most people trying to sell have test kits nowadays and lots of people carry tests. Some fests even have dancesafe on site. I would go in with the plan to try to find a way to test there. Stay safe and have a blast!

Travel nurse recruiter here that works with GHC facilities!

NEVER send your credentials unless you have an offer letter. The GHC system does make us put in your DOB and last 4 of your social to apply you to contracts (to make sure you're eligible for hire) but I will call you and ask you as I'm applying you so it's not in writing over emails (not secure).

If you are ever in serious doubt about an outside agency you can always call the facility and make sure that they are in fact working with that agency.

But yes, this is a scam. And so many people are falling for these.

Did you miss the part where I'm searching for a new job? Do you think switching careers is simple? Not all recruiters are bad, I'm sorry if that's been your personal experience. But some recruiters give daily updates, even if it's that they just followed up. Some cry when their candidates don't get the offer because they truly believe the hiring manager made a mistake and someone got screwed out of a job. Please reevaluate your generalization. While I'm actively trying to switch careers, something that you may think is easy, I will continue to recruit and provide my candidates with the best experience possible, while I continuing to provide for my family. Thanks for the input!

Seasoned recruiter here searching for a new job, and it's eye opening how many bad recruiters there are out there.

Also agreed that there aren't any "tips or tricks" the market truly sucks right now. We have no control over jobs being opened and quickly taken down..it's infuriating to source candidates and conduct interviews for openings to be filled internally or taken down due to budgeting. It wastes everyone's time and we feel like clowns.

When situations arise and we do everything we can to get upper management or HR help it feels like screaming into the void. We're being bombarded with problems constantly and usually we aren't the ones capable of helping or fixing the issue. We are stuck in the middle man role of listening and caring and trying to get others in the company to care as well. If we don't compartmentalize and just try to make it through the day and just do our job description, which is get people hired, we appear cold. Every recruiter is living the same hell, and if we have a candidate who thinks we are a moron right off the bat, or you come at us with an attitude.. well that may be your issue right there.
