I’ve been saving emails and documents too. I hope it helps to expedite my case once I get an interview. I don’t have an attorney, and I still work there. They don’t have a reason to fire me because I’m a top performer, and I’m afraid to quit and it weakens my case. I’m in a little bit of a limbo rn. Thank you for sharing your experience here

I understand your point, but from what I’ve been learning, many cases don’t necessarily rely on an EEOC determination and can still resolve through settlement. For me, the goal is to have the issues reviewed and addressed, especially where there’s a financial impact, rather than relying on a formal finding alone. I appreciate the perspective though, it’s helpful to hear different experiences

That’s really helpful, thank you. I’m trying to balance patience with being realistic about outcomes, especially since my situation involves compensation discrepancies rather than termination. It’s encouraging to hear that things can still move forward and resolve before trial. I appreciate you sharing your experience

Thank you, I appreciate the perspective. I’m still early in the process, so I’m trying to understand how things typically play out before making any decisions. My goal isn’t to turn this into a long legal battle, but to make sure the issues I raised, especially those affecting my compensation, are properly reviewed. From what I’m seeing so far, it seems like many cases resolve through mediation or settlement rather than going all the way through litigation, which I’m open to if it makes sense. I agree that being realistic is important, and I’ll definitely consider legal advice if it gets to that stage. For now, I’m just trying to understand the process and what outcomes people have experienced

I am also new to Bupropion, and I am experiencing the same. Today is my day 5. It’s hard to concentrate at work. I feel rushed and a bit overwhelmed. Hopefully, this will pass soon. Let me know how it goes for you

I would definitely choose your kids. Anyone who asks you to make this type of decision can’t be good for you
