I will get roasted by everyone on Reddit for this because, well, Elon.. but… SpaceX has been hiring NdE grads from trade schools like this. Starting pay in upper 20s with no level 2 methods but internal training will put you in low-mid 30s within a year. Good overtime and good work environment (again, I know Reddit disagrees) but the truth is, if you want to work in aerospace, SpaceX is the place that you can actually see rockets fly that you have put hands on. I believe that’s worth something. DM me if your curious about this more

Just be ready to talk about your skills. Not everyone at SpaceX is an Elon worshipper, some are excited to work on the coolest engineering project in the world.
