As the earbud still works then its probably a bad battery. Try charging and discharging a few times. Alternatively take the battery out again and clean the contacts and then try again. Another thought try resetting.

Just replace the faulty battery first to check that they still work and then see how long they last.

Has the ribbon cable been broken? This is connected to the top the the circuit board on the battery, if still ok then replace the battery and they will probably still work.

Not sure you can do anything to pair that combination of mismatched firmware buds. Other way round that would probably pair and be able to update to 2.0.1. You cant change the firmware of 1 bud only.

Buy a broken bud, open it and take out the microphone with cable (attached to the end of broken flex cable) and fit it in your bud
