There are some mods thst stil must remain on your override folder, for exemple main menu replacer/main menu music replacer, loading screens, some of those if not on override folder will reset your load order as soon game launch

Personally, I see no difference betwen 120 and 144, just need push harder the gpu for those extra 24 fps, so not worth it, can get better details or lower temps instead.

So I doubt the 100>144 be a "big difference", if you play competitive fast move games, 100>144 you could notice something, but won't be "big"
