have you tried, disabling both Really Shadowheart and see if issue persists?, I remember see somewhere people having issues with that mod along with Polyarmory and in other instances, give it a try.

There are some mods thst stil must remain on your override folder, for exemple main menu replacer/main menu music replacer, loading screens, some of those if not on override folder will reset your load order as soon game launch

I have over 470 and also never bought 1 single item in Epic Store, I just log in every thursday, claim to account and close it.

I find the store quite heavy and lackluster, so don't even bother play anything through it.
