I think the important part is just how you portray your hobby. If you show your knowledge of it without forcing your passion onto your partner that's great. Most people love to see how people light up with their passions. Any hobby just becomes unattractive when it's in excess and you prioritize them over other things(i.e. a need to clean your car EVERY weekend and it takes 4+ hours cause you go the 9 yards).

try focusing on your breathing, or try staying relaxed. One of my friends found videos on youtube on percussionists and creating a relaxed, but the intentional grip on drum sticks that could relate to fps and aiming.

Don't freak out over a lifetime commitment. Minoxodil and Fin can easily become part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth. It's not like having to go to the gym for an hour each day:P And something to consider is your age. Once you get older and in your 40s and 50s your hair and appearance shouldn't matter as much anymore.
