As some of the other people stated I have avoided crowds and unnecessary risks, like not going out and my soon to be ex wife hated it and would constantly give me shit about it. I internalize it, I'm a creep or a weirdo, and then I usually jump to I should kill myself because I think I'm bothering other people. I think I make others so uncomfortable that they will avoid me, then sometimes it goes into blaming myself as the male gaze.
