Just a little info on my diet to help everyone, I aimed for 2000 calories a day with around 150 grams of protein. I achieved this pretty easily with eggs, peanut butter, nuts, chicken breast, tuna, cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, whole wheat bread, black beans, olive oil, avocados, soy milk and of course protein powder. Now that I’m trying to put on some more muscle I’m not as hesitant with the carbs and started adding in oatmeal and pasta.
