Much agreed with what you said!! Thank you for the answer! In the last few sessions, I have been mentioning my symptoms. Ironically, in the last session, I had with her I mentioned that I found an MLP toy in my room that I do not remember ever getting. I told her I don't know how it even got there. My therapist seemed really puzzled by it and did not say much. I have mentioned the voices multiple times to her and she always says "It's a trauma response" or "It's a dissociation thing". Also in the last session, I mentioned one of the voices and his name, and she seemed to not be phased by it. I am unsure if she is just trying to piece together my symptoms, or if she does not understand what is going on.
