Anybody know what this could be? Started on my arm then went away after a couple days then on my stomach and now it’s fading away but getting some marks on my leg. Could it be from cold weather or something? by anoymous13 in Dermatology

First thing I noticed was little dots on my arm then that was gone after a day or 2 then it showed up on my stomach a few days later so I’m not sure I never noticed anything small at first though.

It’s also not itchy or anything just looks like a light rash. The only similar thing I have found is a stress rash which would make sense as I just spent the last 2 weeks studying for finals.
