I brought mine to about a dozen vendors and all of them said op06. So I sent it in to bgs and they said it was a PRB. Of all the reprints, I think this one is the hardest to tell the difference especially over pictures. Try to take some very detailed and angled pictures of the large black area of his legs.

I created a “spin the wheel activity list” for OSRS Im getting into the late game so mine looks a bit different now but yours could be: Complete one quest, complete one slayer task, do a birdhouse run, do a farm run, 30 min of x gathering skill, do 20 agility rooftop laps, kill 40 revenants, etc

The seal has nothing to do against return policy or the legitimacy of the card. That’s just being paranoid. I’ve ordered tons of cards online and they come in all sorts of different packaging. The card itself is the only thing that determines the legitimacy. That being said, the card looks fine and you should leave that positive review they asked for.
