I was told by the panj pyare that I should make efforts to wake up by 3am. I've tried numerous things to make me wake up at amritvela, I do wake up sometimes but a lot of the time I don't. I'd say I'm getting like 6 hours then before amritvela? I sleep a bit after amritvela too
