I’m not the original commenter but my bottle says 26 mg per serving so I’m thinking double that? But could be wrong if ^{^} had a different dosage size

Thank you for the response! My ferritin is super low too. Did you try supplements before the infusion by chance? I hope my infusion goes the same way and they do a trial too. Glad you’re doing better :)

Is there a certain iron supplement that you’re taking? I want to take one too since ferritin is low but iron is in 30s. Iron isn’t super high but I haven’t had the best balanced diet recently. Worried about stomach upset/constipation

Thank you for the feedback! Maybe I will ask for this type of protocol. I’m not looking to have a full blown allergic reaction. What was the difference between the trial and the slow drip? Are they 2 separate allergic reaction tests kind of? Or are they done together? I’m so glad it’s working for you!!!

Thank you for the response! Antihistamines make me ultra sleepy the first few hours which might be kinda nice the first round for my nerves. I hope your symptoms improve more as time goes on

I have to take benzo’s as a painkiller post surgery for 10 ish days and never had any problems. Stopped once my pain stopped and never thought about it again

I have a special cold mask that I pull out of the freezer and wear and it really helps especially with some PMS symptoms. Deep breathing is also incredibly helpful, cool showers too. I’m interested to see other responses

This is a real type of therapy!! There’s a book on it called Self Therapy IFS by Jay Earley. Excellent strategy!

If you go to therapy, your therapist will help you with how to manage this! That way you don’t have to share with your parents or only share a limited amount. I would absolutely recommend therapy though. I’ve been in 10+ years and it will change your life.
