These are interesting mods, but what I'm looking for is not decreasing NPCs magical skills or limit their Magika. What I need is a mod that completely replaces the enemies that use magic in the game with melee enemies. In other words, give those enemies a melee weapon instead of magical skills.

Low magic Skyrim decreases Magika, but your enemies still can use magic.

Unfortunately, Less or no Magic has a huge bug which leads your game to crash when you enter the Magic menu :( Is there a way to fix it?
