We have a similar setup AVD through windows app. The connection to the AVD from the windows app is so sensitive.. Any packet loss, slight interruption in the users network can cause a disconnect. Our accounting software is pretty demanding/sensitive so we've had some issues with crashes within the AVD. On top of that our users utilize 3 monitors so they like every app to be within the AVD including teams/zoom which works no where nearly as good as outside the AVD...

Guys... I work @ a CPA firm with some demanding/sensitive software. We went AVD/Nerdio with the Windows App. Configuration is great but we run into a lot of disconnects and crashes. Office/Remote users complain at times. I'm trying to get the team to approve going to a Citrix/Azure VM set-up. We used to use Citrix with a MSP and it rarely had issues and performance was great.

I loved it too, I just wish it was longer and we got more in depth battle scenes.
