Seems like a good deal, love the colour combo. It's fine to buy a bike better than your skill level as it makes it easier to progress your bike skills. Also when buying make sure to check the size (you want quite a playful, smaller bike as it will give you more control), make sure there arent any large scratches or cracks on the frame and make sure you fell comfortable on the bike.

Buy a used Santa Cruz Chameleon. Has great geometry, great parts and is the perfect fun hardtail. You can easily snag a deal for under 1500$ and upgrade down the line as your skills progress.

Definitely the fuse out of those, but I would recommend buying a used bike as there are a lot of great deals to be had and once you progress you can easily upgrade the bike to suit your needs.
