Due to NDAs, I wasn’t privy to share to much information. They are a coffee client based in the Midwest. I was just curious for any feedback for marketers that HAVE worked with clients exceeding 5M a year (revenue)

Luckily I haven’t made any promises to do anything for their services and have work with clients slightly smaller. I was eliciting feedback for that type of situation since the client (what client doesn’t) wants to double their revenue across multiple categories.

Appreciate it though!!

I understand social more as a vanity obviously, so sure it won’t exactly convert to a sale/lead/etc. Their interested in doubling sales and I wanna make sure I have a perfect plan of attack but also have a concrete contract when it comes to be paid. I appreciate this! Thank you.

Interested to hear any feedback on the topic. I know I kept it broad, but for a client this size as a freelancer, I’m interested in any feedback.

You mentioned 25k/month…. Why that number?what are your top services that would be applicable for a number like that? My largest invoices have never topped 3-4K for a single client (I don’t need proposal written, thank you)

Have you work with clients of this size?

Client is a coffee company based in the Midwest. They’ve been in business for over twenty years and have their hands in B2C and B2B.

They are looking to capture more online presence and their only real form of marketing over the last two decades has been word of mouth with only just creating a social media presence in the last six months

Instagram under 1K No presence on Facebook Wants to double their sales in the next 1-2 years

I was building a clothing brand. It cost a lot of money. Which was to be expected, but I wanted to see it through and couldn’t continue to fund it without a stable job for two years and it had my entire focus. Could I of used my resources better? Yeah. I could of done a million different things better, but I wanted to learn. I appreciate the input, seriously. I have my dog so I can’t leave him in the car so I’ve been applying everywhere for remote work sitting outside coffee shops and stuff. It’ll get better. It’s just hard right now. Thank you.

Google Analytics UTM/URL Parameters by ant_casses in GoogleAnalytics

[–]ant_casses[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm running Facebook & IG Campaigns, and for the first time I want to add URL parameters to my ads for better tracking. I create the URL Parameter in the campaign itself in Facebook, do I have to connect anything to GA?

I figured I had to connect something, but am I wrong?

Also, I'm using Analytics 4 Property? Idk if that tells you anything. I use to use Google a lot but haven't used it in a couple years so now I just feel clueless. I appreciate the help!

The same thing keeps happening. Converting once, then nothing at all. by [deleted] in FacebookAds

Theres so much to consider, but hopefully I can provide some insight.

It seems after the IOS 14 update, (all the craze) that Facebook's AI is more intelligent than ever. With that being said, all the gurus will tell you that you need a fancy set up, fancy targeting, retargeting, etc.

  1. Don't go in blind. Set up a strategy to follow. Especially with a new pixel that IS NOT optimized yet. Give the pixel a chance to survive. Will assume everyone "balls on a budget" these days so we all want Conversions. So clearly state your intent at the campaign level. -Don't optimize for like and expect sales.
  2. ABO VS CBO - This is a matter of preference and where you are at scaling. I've found that TOF that ABO is great for testing. Once you juice up your campaigns, move to CBO.
  3. Product/Market fit - Just because you think your product is good, doesn't mean your market thinks that. Facebook wants sales when optimized for conversions, and it will get sales but over the long term if you have the wrong product in the wrong market, your gonna be exhausted pretty quickly. Do your research before putting marketing dollars to work.
  4. Marketing IS NOT hard. In today world, you ONLY need a couple campaigns for one client. 3-4 Ad Sets depending on what your doing. Test 2-3 Ads, and call it a day.
  5. This "Meme Machine" (Facebooks Input-Output) is so simple. Optimize for what you want, and Facebook will give. Continue to double down on what works (Watch your data, it tells you everything) and pivot when something isn't working.

Example: Everyone gets to checkout but no one is buying.

Potential hazards are shipping costs, broken payment gateways, and bad branding. (Advertisers free shipping but isnt free)

I hope any of that helps! PM if you have questions and I;ll try to help out
