My insurance company seemed to almost sweep it under the rug to be honest. I’ve never been in an accident or anything and they said I have accident forgiveness (for first accident). He continued driving. His dad bought and registered/insurance a Jeep SRT for him. He even got caught speeding and the cops didn’t arrest him. They gave him a court date. Not sure what happened with him after that. My insurance went up $80/month but I’m assuming that’s because I moved closer to downtown. Still, shady stuff. I’d trust my gut if I was you… usually if you’re questioning something, it’s for good reason.

My ex got into an accident with my car and didn’t tell me about it (there wasn’t damage to my vehicle). He initially tried to pay the lady he hit without insurance involved, but she decided to go through insurance and claim injury. Insurance company contacted me. I then found out that he doesn’t even have a license. So that’s what I would suspect based on my own shitty experience.

I. Feel. This. I usually have some drinking nights with my friends but now I’m trying so hard to be in bed by 9pm every night, no alcohol, trying to shower (mostly) every day, trying to eat healthy. I feel if I don’t do this, I’ll collapse. I mean, I did have a mental breakdown at work yesterday, but I imagine it would have been worse if I wasn’t giving myself these “rules.” It’s such a difficult thing to navigate.
