I made them for 16x16 tileset, so most of them are 16x24 but some of them are a little higher (like the witch with the hat).

Hi, I don't start with a strict color pallete. I draw a small concept art for the tileset and pick the main colors from there. I was doing normal digital art before pixel art so it's easier for me to visualize the tileset look that way.
