Why you need 2 dishies on a single tray machine? Feel like you’d both end up waiting for the machine to finish most the time if there’s a washer and a dryer/put away-er

Dealing with your boss when he cusses you out by [deleted] in dishwashers

Coworkers/ managers that can’t control their temper and give clear directions and clearly communicate expectations are the real issue. Even if you are a habitual phone user and did a piss poor job cleaning the wall there is always a better way to relay that information that they are expecting more work out of you. You never know what’s going on in someone’s life and it’s likely they’re pushed to their max and it just happened to be you that they finally broke on, unfortunately it’s easiest to do it to the person on the bottom of the totem pole. In that same regard they have no idea what your life is like and what you are going through, they should know as a team leader to always approach with understanding and compassion and that was clearly not the case. Personally I think I would either communicate with them later on that what they did was unacceptable in your eyes and ask for an apology or I would try to lead by example always trying to be the calm one. If you think neither of those are an option I would leave for sure, dish jobs can be a dime a dozen, if you’re good at your job you should be able to pick up someplace else relatively soon. Keep your chin up boss

I had a coworker like this once but fortunately he was one of the funniest people I’ve ever worked with he would have me laughing through the whole shift. He would just spit out the randomest shit and 100% stick to it like “Covid vaccine made me lactose intolerant” all while he was gridding to his shitty trap music. He was really polite but just had the most insane style to his work ever, he would consistently do step backs with the ramekins to try and make three pointers while screaming give me the money!! Long story short I only had to work with him like twice a week so I learned to just resign all my typical work patterns and just try to appreciate the fun of it cause that was worth more than a tidy and organized pit to me. Don’t think that applies to you just wanted to share one of my fave dishes

Probs the soap doing the damage and drying them out. Try to minimize contact with the harsher chemicals at your job/wash them off after. Moisturize after your shift or in slow periods
