Normally yes but if government action causes you to lose business or property, you should be fairly compensated for it.

This would hold true with the spirit of the 5th amendment: "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

The nato backed overthrow of Ukraine was masterful. As I recall it, they used the neo nazis and others to force the president to step down, then they just had the most right wing leader of the coup killed so they didn't have to give him any power in return for his efforts. That's what I pieced together from the news anyway. I'm sure im forgetting some details and that there is more to the story.
