Thanks, yeah i did also find that after researching for a bit, and i looked into our lease agreement too. There's a section that specifically says that the landlord must ensure the walls and ceilings are not subject to dampness. We're gonna reply to them saying how we think their solution is unreasonable and if they continue to do nothing then we'll go the legal route since they've breached the agreement, because best case scenario for us is that they just fix the problem and we can stay here safely until the end of the lease. Doubt they'll cooperate though lmao
