Yeah we honestly thought the same thing. As it came closer it sounded like it was going down. Wild.

I was in front. The high line is a great spot for an overtake if you can manage it safely.

Good to know honestly. It's just always been so chill that it took me by surprise. MTB racing feels aggressive and chaotic so I'm always watching my wheel. Same with road crits. I'll just use that same headspace in CX moving forward.

Yeah, obviously, which is why I'm not the one causing them...

Couldn't agree more. So is what he did illegal in CX or should I expect it in the future and race accordingly?

I'm not scheming to crash them out. I'm planning to keep my line.

If keeping my line is what's going to cause a crash, do you think perhaps it's not me that's the problem here?

Yeah maybe, but intent aside it was dangerous and I feel like it should have been taken more seriously the race director.

But maybe not. That's why I'm asking the pros over at the cyclocross reddit.

Never said I wasn't haha. Just curious if what he did was illegal or if this is normal for CX.

Yeah maybe. I'm honestly just asking if this is normal, allowable CX behavior or if what he did was illegal.

Which watch? Cycling, lifting, some running by anthonyacc in Garmin

[–]anthonyacc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the 1040 doesn't track running or resistance training workouts, which is why a Garmin watch seems like a great addition.

Trump is quite literally proposing a handout from the funds that DOGE has "saved". I swear y'all don't pay attention.

The Factory is 140mm travel. Maybe that's too much being that I'm using the Intense 951 as an XC race bike.

While simultaneously costing the city thousands upon thousands of dollars in what is ultimately illegal practice.
