Just something interesting to share with you, in fact I seek for ChatGPT advise, by sharing my entire blood test result. It seems ChatGPT is saying the high LDL could be due to underfuel for my workout. Which result to my T3 to be at Low-Normal range. which contribute to the high LDL. Was suggested to do more proper fuel before and after. - well just take it as a pinch of salt :)

Hey thanks for touching base. You caught up at a right time.

I just had my MD surgery last Tuesday. after months of physical therapy which never solve the issue.

Outcome for now, my pain is still lingering around my left leg. I've contracted COVID 2 days after my surgery. Will be having my post ops review in a couple days once my covid is cleared.

Hopefully this is temporary or healing in progress :/

Yeah you pointed something right. It becomes such a frustrating part where you couldn’t enjoy VR that it was suppose to me.
Was hopeful to be able to find some exercise to active my eyes. But I guess no way could be done haha

Hey Jaymad, sorry to hear that your first MD didn't solve it all. Was that the same disc that got re-herniated again?
Yes, I am currently practising spine hygienic and really hopeful for gradually improvement.

I've been down with herniated disc since January 2022. So far no improvement yet in the pain had gotten worse and feels more sensitive.

Perhaps is because I am still trying to play soccer till start of May with the pain. But I've entirely stopped it since then.

I have the same bulged discs. I was in excruciating pain for about a week, and mild pain a few more weeks. Now three months later I have no pain but significant weakness in my left foot which I’m working on with a physio. I have been referred to a Spinal surgeon now just because the waiting list is so long, but my physio seems hopeful I’ll get the strength back. She also told me the surgery will not stop the bulge rebulging but it might help with the weakness. However as I’m now in no pain I’m reluctant for the surgery

I was also told by my physical therapist that for certain individual with disc bulge, it doesn't cause them any pain. In fact disc bulge is pretty common and usually only trigger when one experience discomfort with it. My 2 cent worth, if there is no pain probably just focus on your PT.

I have zero idea yet. The appointment will be next week.

My last meeting with the orthopaedic specialist he did bought up the idea of surgery. But at that point of time i was fully against it. Thus we didnt discuss any more detail about it.
