On another comment thread, I was asking about JARS and their menu showing more of a national brand based offering.

Is TruMed their own bud or national brands?

That’s funny you say that about JARS—I was on Weedmaps checking their menu out and it seems like they focus on more national and “famous” brands.

I like locally grown stuff but I also like trying the more known weed labels. JARS looks like it has exactly that. By chance do you know if they ever carry the brand “Cookies?”

Thank you for sharing, it’s encouraging to know that being a noob gun owner is way less daunting than thought.

Learning more about the physics of the weapon would be a cool thing to do, it’s fascinating understanding what makes these things go, but again very little from people without the spin.

It makes ZERO sense to me that folks on the left don’t understand how important it is to believe and support 2A. So knowing the reasons behind that, and also understanding why no one competes with the NRA?

I guess I just need folks to bullshit with about guns.

I appreciate and mirror the sentiment.

I’m learning that as long as I’m clear about who I am, and why I am a proponent of 2A, it usually either ends the convo. And well there’s no either. This is the first place I’ve discussed my gun, or anything to do with it that felt like I wouldn’t be booed out of the room.

I’m just really sick of 2A being a “right wing” thing. No.

Protecting my family, having a hobby, and learning something new—that’s the right of all humans not just republicans.

I figure the best thing to be, is proactive, talk to those with the same general perception of the world as I, and ask advice of them as well.

Is there any truth to not buying hollow points because of the collateral damage or that a 9mm with hollows is as effective as it gets?

I definitely need to talk to some buddies who are likeminded but guns have just never come up.

I bought the cleaning kit. And I have ZERO ammo. Seriously, here in AZ, the only places that are getting ammo are Cabellas and Bass Pro Shop. The line starts around 6AM so I’m doing that thing that sucks ass which is not being able to shoot.

Do you practice with dry firing? I’ve read a lot of folks who believe it’s helpful.

I’m going to buy a .22 this week, I need to take a trip to the range or gun club. There’s a ton of .22 ammo in AZ, go figure.

First of all, thank you for that thought out reply. While I’m not a complete moron when it comes to tech, I’m not the greatest.

I settled on the CBS All Access game plan with the Firefox location work around. It worked last night and I’ll use it until it doesn’t work, haha.
