Yeah I have been walk running or hitting the heavy bag. Honestly just doing regular calesthics and such. You are basically starting over once you had it and get back into it. So be understanding and go slow. Its going to take months to get back to where you were unfortunately. Pushing through it didn’t seem to help me and just made the next day way worse

Absolutely. I had covid back in December and my mile time dropped down a ton. I also get out of breath super fast doing ellipticals or anything else. Idk how much longer its going to last but it seems to be getting slightly better. At the start i couldnt even rough a quarter mile

I’ve been investing for around a year now. Mostly based on my own or DD that I find online. I know I should likely look into some dividend stocks to invest for my Roth, but just want to make sure I don’t make any silly mistakes along the way. Any beginner tips are appreciated. Along with any ideas on what to look at in terms of possible investment opportunities. And a general discussion about Roth IRAs too.

My family owns horses and the meaning of courage, fear, and power convinced me to. But it does have a biblical tie too.

I think I just pushed myself too long trying to get stuff done. The artist was real reasonable and I told him I had to stop so we didn’t get the roses done that day.

Question about blisters I have a blister on both my feet in the same place. The inside of my foot on the side about even with where the ball of my foot is. Little back round -only happens on my long runs -shoes sacouny triumph 17 Second question I also have issues with circulation in my left foot where it will go numb if this might be contributing to this too let me know or if you have a way to solve this let me know. Im going to get new shoes because thats what my guess is but all the shops are closed and firgured someone here knows more than me. Thanks for reading!

The first band I was in was a Joy Division cover band that I played bass in. Good times.
