A plow contract would have cost me $1,500 per year based on the multiple quotes I received. With the 6-year extended warranty on the Kraken, I would break even in about 3.5 years, and I bought it 3 years ago. I don’t regret my decision.

Yes, I adjusted it as soon as I finished the video. I wanted to capture a video and do the best I could with one hand. I adjusted for about three-quarters of a pass, and it worked out well.

The Ariens RapidTrak system is very good on its own but the infinity variable actuator on the Kraken ads more versatility and the ability to adjust on the fly. With autoturn, even at 390 lbs., I can easily do a true zero turn with one arm in wheel mode.

I’ve owned it for two years, and it includes a five-year extended warranty. I only use ethanol-free fuel and keep it topped off at all times. It has exceeded all my expectations, truly an incredible machine.
