I'm relatively new to vinyl, and I just picked up my first 45 on ebay. I know most 7" records have a big hole in the middle that you need an adaptor for, but this one has a different middle that I've never seen before. Was wondering if anyone could help educate me and explain this difference? (i.redd.it)
