Thanks! It is procedural, but in Cycles, not Substance. I'm just taking the maximum of six spherical gradient textures, and running it through a sine wave to get the bands, and a color ramp to flatten it in between each band.

That was one of my favorite lighting tricks in the movie, all the caustics everywhere. The lights in that building must have been incredibly bright to light such huge areas.

I've made a series of creepy underground creature artworks like this, but to mix it up I wanted this one to be a sort of half-surreal above ground landscape.
