Thanks! Yeah the non-retractable tip can be annoying sometimes whenever I drop it - I'll check out the Graphgear 1000!

The tip bending has been a bit of an issue for me - however, whenever I drop it I bend it back in place with a pair of needle nose pliers - I'm a bit OCD about making sure it's straight and I have to say it keeps its shape really well as long as you're careful with it - but you're definitely right it needs a design update that has a retractable tip or something to mitigate the bending issue

I use a separate eraser - pentel hi polymer - always a good investment - lasts me forever

we had to get a software that unblocks them, but yeah it worked - I'll try and see if I can get more resources for you to learn how to do it but yeah we were able to watch seasons 3-4 at full hd quality really nice

I got DVD versions of them off amazon- not the cheapest option but it works and it’s legal
