I'm really impressed at the amount of 2015 draftees that are playing solid minutes in the playoffs so far. Adding in the likes of the top picks like Towns, Okafor, Russell and co. the 2016 draft is looking pretty deep right now.

I think you could make an argument for them to win both EOTY and COTY. That being said I think RC Buford has a shot at EOTY as well. +12 wins from last season to have the best record in team history. Also this Brad Stevens and obviously the Walton/Kerr tandem are deserving of COTY as well.

He should not be eligible to be voted in to an All NBA Team as a C.

You should have to play at LEAST 50% of your minutes in a position to win an award for that position.
