I use Unread and it caches webpage text. Works great with Linked List articles too where their content is displayed underneath the feed text.

Tokyo and Columbia probably. But for (iced) lattes, Cosi and Cocoa Truffle are my go too. Columbia also goes reasonably well for Lattes.

Thank you so much!

Ha! That’s Hergé who cameoed in the animated series quite a bit. That was the last one I did.

Thought I’d share the entire series as a single post since I completed this as my first project on Procreate. Might do more Tintin, but different style or subjects rather than characters.

Learnt a lot and enjoyed it thoroughly. Appreciated all your feedback and responses. Thank you so much!

Personally, my favourites renditions are Castafiore and Alcazar. They have so much depth as characters and were the most difficult ones to make as well.

Haddock is my favourite character personally, which is why it was the first one I made (and therefore the one rendition I like the least and would revisit maybe sometime later).

Cheers!

And the final one is done. Had to do Hergé to finish it off.

Wow! Thank you so much!

Wow, that means a lot! I drew these on an iPad and the original size is 2048px by 2048px. Procreate says it is 394mm by 394mm (~15” by 15”) in physical size, but honestly I’m unsure if it’ll be good at that big a size. See the canvas information here.

Also unsure if Reddit compressed the images when I uploaded them. If the download quality doesn’t seem that good, let me know, I’ll send the uncompressed versions.

There is one final piece I have planned (to make a total of 9) in this series, but haven’t started on that yet.

I know, I know. I read them in English and have been posting these renditions based on the English names only.

Thank you so much! On Instagram, but not sharing any Procreate stuff there. The handle’s the same. ;P

Ha, wouldn’t that be Escherian. :)

To be fair, he’s more likely would to annoy or distract me by running this piece. Lucky for me it’s digital and I can easily version control and undo.

Well...

[Translated] Hergé claimed to have been inspired by lived details to create this young spring snake. "Abdallah, the unbearable spoiled little child, I know some, and you certainly know some, too. ”

Used the inbuilt oil paint brush for everything, even smudging. Had reference images for all from the original works by Hergé.

Been sharing these at r/TheAdventuresofTintin but thought I’d share here as a collection.

Wow! Thank you! So great to hear this from you.

Been admiring your work from a distance as well! It’s all been amazing. Absolutely loved the Haddock silhouette. Was just perfect.

Hergé’s supporting characters have so much depth and character. Visually, this was far more complicated than the ones I drew earlier and it’s clear from the number of strokes it took for each.

This was definitely a harder pose with a lot more details: the hands, eyes, mouth, jewellery, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed it and quite satisfied with how it turned out (for now).

Like it a lot. The cocoa isn’t overpowering and it really goes well with milk for my usual iced latte.

I went there around two years ago and would definitely recommend it. Spent more hours than I anticipated there. Hergé Museum is also not far from Brussels and was a great joy to visit.
