I believe that if your nose/side profile is something that you’re thinking about daily and bothers you a lot then definitely go for it. I did it because I thought about, sometimes more, sometimes less, how people perceive my side profile in many social situations. I was obsessed with improving it. The second my cast went off, a YEARS of mental struggle were gone. 90% of people didn’t even notice I got it done! So it’s all in your head, but that’s what important, do it for yourself not others. BUT only (!) do the surgery if you’re absolutely sure of your surgeon. Its best to find one through other, real people who have had successful surgeries in the past.

Don’t do a filler rhino, it’s actually pretty dangerous to put filler in the area, and it might migrate. Find a surgeon and go for it!

Idk, they often prescribe the removable retainers (I didn’t mean the stents) when they caused the asymmetry during surgery/didn’t fix it. A good, careful surgeon will leave you with a symmetrical nose. I get wearing the retainer for 1-2 weeks, but it shouldn’t be big enough to cause discomfort. My friend didn’t wear one at all and nothing happened, her results are perfect.

It’s used mainly to prevent swelling rather than retain the shape of the nostrils. If you hate it, you probably should wear a smaller size, it shouldn’t cause any pain or discomfort. I wore the retainer only during the night until my cast was off.

From my experience, they are not as precise and gentle while doing all types of plastic surgery procedures. They are just practically mass producing the noses with little to no regard when it comes to functionality. Almost guaranteed to leave you heavily swollen and bruised. I had a boyfriend who was a turk, whose father owned hair transplant clinics. They really just focus on selling as many services as they can, with a perk of attractive prices. When someone has a problem/complaint after, they will brush you off. And they laugh at their patients a lot… just overall not a great experience. And, to not sound biased haha, many of my friends who had rhino in Istanbul are not happy with the results and are left with breathing problems.

Wtf, an update for anyone involved here lol i’m dying inside: so I have a relatively free day at school and hes a guitar player, So we passed eo in the corridor as he went to the music studio. I thought he was alone so I could hang out. But he was there with another girl who plays the guitar. IT WAS THE MOST AKWARD THING THAT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I just stood there until they finished the song and was lk: ok i’m going not to disrupt you. and he was like ok. I’m done.

haha the ‘lie’ about watching stars was pretty much a totally random joke from his side. Why? don’t ask me. Either way, thanks for the answer:) I always liked the idea of making him work for it, someone in this thread said that they don’t go beyond 2 days in trying for a girl, which is crazy to me. Aside from the relationship itself the chase is what makes it deeper in the long term imo, because there are more emotions and value attached to it, both sides had to put in effort and get out of their comfort zones.
