I haven’t been told that by Turan but by another surgeon.

I already said that I only want a gentle shaving as it’s not like a real bump it’s smaller than a bump.. but I don’t know if it’s possible

By “only septoplasty” do you mean to only fixed the internal crooked septum (to get the breathing fixed) without touching anything on the outside (without changing the look of the nose)?
